Starting at approximately 10:40a ET, Koxa's monitoring service, Betterstack, encountered an issue running the test scenarios that drive status pages. As a result, monitors may have erroneously reported downtime. Monitors were paused to prevent additional false notifications our during investigation.

No Koxa Platform or API outage was actually incurred during this time. The monitoring issue has been resolved by Betterstack and all monitors are now active and functioning as intended.
